Arrive in Paro

Welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel; evening at leisure.

Day 2

Tiger’s Nest Hike

Hike to Taktsang Monastery and explore Paro valley.

Day 3

Paro to Thimphu

Drive to the capital, visit the Buddha Dordenma and city sights.

Day 4

Thimphu Sightseeing

Tashichho Dzong, craft schools, weekend market and takin preserve.

Day 5

Thimphu to Punakha

Cross Dochula Pass (3,100 m) to the warm Punakha valley.

Day 6

Punakha Discovery

Punakha Dzong, the suspension bridge and a walk to Chimi Lhakhang.

Day 7

Punakha to Paro

Return drive to Paro with stops along the way.

Day 8

Departure

Transfer to Paro airport for your onward flight.
